Paper Products

Free regular shipping is offered for all paper-only products. These will be packaged in an envelope with stiff cardboard and protected by a plastic recyclable slip. Express shipping is also available for $8.

 

Digital Products

Free e-delivery is offered for all digital portraits. A PDF file and a JPEG file will be emailed to you upon completion of portrait.

 

How long will I wait to receive my parcel?

Pet Portraits are sent 1-2 business days after the custom piece has been completed. Commission pieces require 1-4 weeks (depending on the artist) to be completed before they will be posted. This will be discussed with each individual customer.

From the time of posting, the shipping time via Australia post are as follows:

Standard Post: 2-7 business days

Express Post: Next business day

 

How long will I wait to receive digital Pet Portrait?

You will receive your digital Pet Portrait instantly once it is emailed to you. You will be required to wait a period for the artist to complete the portrait.

 

Local Pickup

Due to the privacy of the artists, local pickup is not available. Most artist are working from their homes and are all over Aus.

 

Returns

Can I return my piece of art?

My Pet Art does not does not accept returns due to change of mind.

Digital art cannot be returned as there is no risk of it being damaged in transit.

All pieces of art vary, but if your Pet Portrait arrives to you damaged, faulty or you have any issues, please contact us here and we will arrange a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your artwork.

We ask that all customers ensure they list any special requirements before the artist begins on their custom piece. Each customer will be contacted prior to artwork being started to discuss any requirements.
